I called Best Locksmith to have 3 locks rekeyed. The service, expertise, customer service, promptness and work were so excellent that I also had another 10 locks done! Eran was very friendly and definitely an expert locksmith. No matter what I asked, he made it happen with a smile! Their price was also very reasonable. Juanita JosephI requested an appointment for keys and a fob for a car we bought for my son. When the tech came, we realized the car lock was not working properly and he was unable to make a fob. We took it to the shop and found out it was too much to get it repaired. We eventually got another car and again called to request an additional fob and keys be made for that car. This took about 3 weeks total and Helena as well as the different techs we had were all so nice, professional and patient with us as we made several changes. The manager was very willing to work with us and though I know I called and spoke with Helena at least 10 times, she was always pleasant, patient and had a great sense of humor in what could have been a very stressful situation. I will definitely use them again! 😀

My cousin was staying at my mom's house and was not familiar with all the locks and got locked out after being away from a business trip. I looked up locksmiths on Yelp and found Best Locksmith and reviewed all the ratings and THEY ARE TRUE! It's your best choice if you are locked out of the house!!! Ben came to our house and waited for us to even get there. He took 5 minutes tops to open the door from my garage into the house! I even told my neighbors across the street about them as Ben drove off. I will definitely use them again if I have any trouble with my house OR car. Ben did NOT damage the lock either. He was careful not to damage the door or lock when he did it. We were all impressed and will definitely use them again.
Our outside "hidden" house key disappeared so we called to get an appointment next day to rekey the house. Raphael was able fit us in promptly and rekeyed the whole house super quickly and for a price that blows away the competitors. Amazing customer service and care. Had to get a new pair of keys for my truck after having lost my original, Rafael was resourceful in finding a way to make a copy of the key and was knowledgeable in alternative solutions. He was also knew of any side effects which were to occur of the solutions he provided and he was able to work out a reasonable price as well. Hope I will not need a locksmith in the future, but if I will Best Locksmith will be my first call.
