Absolutely fantastic service. Accidently locked keys in the trunk of my car. Raphael was here in less than an hour and was able to get the trunk open and retrieve the keys in no time . It's no wonder this business gets so many good reviews....they really are great. No bait and switch pricing and they kept in contact on the way. Can't beat that.

Ben gave me a good price and opened my car super fast. Even when I still couldn't find my key he gave me a good deal on a replacement. 15 min to get to my location 5 min to open the car. Very prompt
Update: After he opened the car And ordering a new key I ended up finding my old key. Ben was extremely nice and refunded the money for the new key. I couldn't even imagine him doing that since he was on his way to get the new key. Ben is seriously the best.

Called earlier this week and spoke with Oscar about changing locks on the house we recently purchased. He was very nice and gave me a fixed rate price to do the work. Ben, the locksmith, called 30 minutes before the appointment time today to confirm and he arrived early. He assessed the situation and gave us a better price to do the work than originally quoted. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. He also gave us some good advice about adding security locks in the future. I will definitely be using this locksmith again!

Lost my keys Thurday. Called them, Ben came on Friday morning. He was very professional, extremely helpful, Made me a new car key in less than 30 mins. Gave me a great discount on the Car keys because I made an extra one just in case. What more can I say. Oh yes he drove around 35 miles to my home at made new keys in his Van.

My cousin was staying at my mom's house and was not familiar with all the locks and got locked out after being away from a business trip. I looked up locksmiths on Yelp and found Best Locksmith and reviewed all the ratings and THEY ARE TRUE! It's your best choice if you are locked out of the house!!! Ben came to our house and waited for us to even get there. He took 5 minutes tops to open the door from my garage into the house! I even told my neighbors across the street about them as Ben drove off. I will definitely use them again if I have any trouble with my house OR car. Ben did NOT damage the lock either. He was careful not to damage the door or lock when he did it. We were all impressed and will definitely use them again.

This service was amazing, I lost my key and needed a replacement fast. They were so helpful over the phone and were available to come out early in the morning. Ben helped me out, he was really quick and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Ben was so great. He came within a few hours of my call, and he was very knowledgeable and kind! He took extra time to make sure he was getting the right key fob for me from the dealership- sending pics, getting my VIN, etc. He even came back after hours to jumpstart my car (we discovered the battery was dead when he tried to make the keys). I highly recommend this company, and Ben!

I had lost my keys on memorial day and Rafael was the only guy willing to help me out without overcharging me for holiday fees. not only that everyone gave me a 2 hours ETA and he was at my place within 20 mins. then he unlocked my car and my mother notice the keys in the car (I know so dumb of me) and he completely voided travel fee (he coming from Dallas to euless) and to unlock the door. let me tell you absolute best service especially from my mistake. not only that he through in a FREE spare key for my mom in case I lost my key. thanks again RAFAEL. please if you ever need a locksmith this is the guy you want! not only that for you ladies i might want to add he is a very handsome muscular lad 🙂

I needed to have a new transponder key made for my car. I shopped around for prices and A-Star had the best price. On top of that, Rafael showed up and was very polite and straightforward. He didn't play games like other locksmith and gave me a fair price on everything.

Excellent response time and work by Rafael. Would definitely use him again. Gave me a rough estimate over the phone after hearing what I wanted done. He arrived on time, and the doors fit perfect after his work was completed. I provided my own locks which provided a challenge but he was able to work through it. He was affordable compared to other estimates I received and very courteous. Happy to recommend him to others.

Who do you call when you need to lock out a crazy ex boyfriend or girlfriend? This guy! I found Best Locksmith when I was in a pinch and needed to ensure that within an hour, "no one" could get back into my house. Best Locksmith was there within 2 hours and changed the locks on my front and backdoors in less than 20 minutes for under $100. Nothing fancy but oh how it's worth it to have this peace of mind and the house to myself!!!
