I had to replace the deadbolt on my front door and only had a few days before our first open house to sell our home. Ben came by within 30 minutes of my initial call and did the job quickly and got it done, all with a friendly attitude. This is after I already paid a handyman $60 to tell me he couldn't fix it. I would recommend Best Locksmith to anyone needing this service.

Just wanted to take a moment and say how glad I'am I called Best Locksmith and had Multi T locks installed on our new home. These locks are extremely solid and made with the most advanced technology. We moved into a new build a couple of months ago which had been fitted with quickset locks on all the doors, but decided to have the locks changed, because they weren't pick proof. After having Multi-T-locks placed by Best Locksmith I definitely feel more secure and now have peace of mind when my wife is home alone. These locks are pick proof and like I said, I wasn't able to say that of the other locks that came with the house. I researched before I had these locks installed and I feel that the Multi-T-Lock is the most reliable out there and the best investment when it comes to securing your home or business. As far as this particular business goes, Ben was great, very nice, very professional. He arrived within the window of time I was given and did an excellent job installing all the locks on my new home. Which I really appreciated and I gladly recommend this company.

The deadbolt on our front door broke. I called A Star Locksmith and they called me back immediately to schedule. Rafael was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He searched all over for the needed parts to insure I was getting the best price. Everything Rafael did was curious and professional. If you want to feel secure, I would use A Star Locksmith!

The service and quality really say it in the name! I've used several locksmiths in the area, and Best Locksmith is by far really the best. The person who answered the phone was super nice, and Ben came right away. He was friendly, fast and highly professional. I would recommend this locksmith to anyone needing any lock service. Plus, their pricing was straightforward and the lowest I've seen.

Rafael was very helpful when changing the locks in our new home. He arrived on time and was very knowledgable about his work. He not only re-keyed our locks but also fixed several that were not installed correctly. Will definitely call A Star again the next time we need our locks changed!

Ben gave me a good price and opened my car super fast. Even when I still couldn't find my key he gave me a good deal on a replacement. 15 min to get to my location 5 min to open the car. Very prompt
Update: After he opened the car And ordering a new key I ended up finding my old key. Ben was extremely nice and refunded the money for the new key. I couldn't even imagine him doing that since he was on his way to get the new key. Ben is seriously the best.

Raphael was my hero! Kinda pricey but worth it to have my closet opened by a smiling charming person who came over in like 5 min! Opened my locked closet door...yes it had an actual grade-A keyhole that my apt complex failed to give me the proper key for or tell me about. Good location from my apt in the Addison/Dallas/Carrollton area. Oh, and accepts plastic!!!

My cousin was staying at my mom's house and was not familiar with all the locks and got locked out after being away from a business trip. I looked up locksmiths on Yelp and found Best Locksmith and reviewed all the ratings and THEY ARE TRUE! It's your best choice if you are locked out of the house!!! Ben came to our house and waited for us to even get there. He took 5 minutes tops to open the door from my garage into the house! I even told my neighbors across the street about them as Ben drove off. I will definitely use them again if I have any trouble with my house OR car. Ben did NOT damage the lock either. He was careful not to damage the door or lock when he did it. We were all impressed and will definitely use them again.

Ben was so great. He came within a few hours of my call, and he was very knowledgeable and kind! He took extra time to make sure he was getting the right key fob for me from the dealership- sending pics, getting my VIN, etc. He even came back after hours to jumpstart my car (we discovered the battery was dead when he tried to make the keys). I highly recommend this company, and Ben!

Absolutely fantastic service. Accidently locked keys in the trunk of my car. Raphael was here in less than an hour and was able to get the trunk open and retrieve the keys in no time . It's no wonder this business gets so many good reviews....they really are great. No bait and switch pricing and they kept in contact on the way. Can't beat that.

Called earlier this week and spoke with Oscar about changing locks on the house we recently purchased. He was very nice and gave me a fixed rate price to do the work. Ben, the locksmith, called 30 minutes before the appointment time today to confirm and he arrived early. He assessed the situation and gave us a better price to do the work than originally quoted. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. He also gave us some good advice about adding security locks in the future. I will definitely be using this locksmith again!

After researching reviews on Yelp, I settled on Best Locksmith to re-key our house following a move. The team was very understanding of our schedule and moved the appointment a few times to accommodate changes. On the day of our installation, Ben called ahead of time to notify us where exactly he was in route. This made it helpful to plan ahead! The estimate provided over the phone was the same as what was quoted when Ben arrived - this is one of the biggest reasons I would recommend Best Locksmith. All too often, the fees seem to magically change between when an appointment is set and when the technician's arrive. He was able to quickly and successfully change the locks on our house with high quality. He provided a few additional customer service touches that made this company stand out. While he provided a few "upgrade" options, he was not pushy and was actually quite informative. We will be back to Best Locksmith when it comes time for an additional work.

I called Best Locksmith to have 3 locks rekeyed. The service, expertise, customer service, promptness and work were so excellent that I also had another 10 locks done! Eran was very friendly and definitely an expert locksmith. No matter what I asked, he made it happen with a smile! Their price was also very reasonable. I needed to have a new transponder key made for my car. I shopped around for prices and A-Star had the best price. On top of that, Rafael showed up and was very polite and straightforward. He didn't play games like other locksmith and gave me a fair price on everything.

As good as it gets ! Just moved in to my new home and realized I need new locks. Prompt and professional. We called and he came over an hour later. His prices are fair and he rekeyed my entire house in about an hour. I would definitely recommend Rafael to a friend and will call him if I get locked out (Knock on Wood).
